STAY AWAY!!! This agency is HORRIBLE!!! They are RUDE, DECEPTIVE, and IRRESPONSIBLE. After having to cancel the trip I booked with them, turned out they didn't purchase the insurance I asked for, after which I had to go through an array of hoops to get my money back from this joke of an agency. They've been stalling to return me my money and it's been many months since they've gotten it back. And when I ask why it's taken so long, they are incredibly rude and constantly coming up with excuses. BEWARE THEY ARE SCHEMERS!
