My mother-in-law bought a trip with this agency. The worker has made a mistake in her last name having all the documents in front of her. When my mother-in-law have had noticed that and brought it to the attention of the agency she was told that the worker who worked on it is out for vacation and another one just didn't want to do anything about it, since it wasn't her who did a mistake:"you can fly like that - it's ok, just show them your passport". They took her money and now they can care less. Workers of the agency do not care of reputation. Finally another worker told my mother-in-low to come to the agency in the morning to see what can be done. But it's 11am and office is still closed. She is standing next to the door for 2 hrs already and they keep telling her "we'll be there in a minute" when she calls them, but no one has shown to the work so far.
Why you suggest me tours for 2013 year . It looked very strange. You dont have 'staff who can renew webside.? You dont care about reputation of company
