I too normally dnt comment but after seeing the four star it received, I had to. The ratings are way overrated. If you know and enjoy soul food THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO EAT. My husband and I just waisted money there. Sorry, but the food is not good

This is my first time a long with my wife and a friend,we don't usually eat out but we came in and bought some of your food and it was delicious ,I would recommend it to anyone
Eat in or take out, catering & delivery available. This spot has a wide variety of low-key buffet style soul food items sold by the pound, with a good selection of salad and desserts. What makes this a delightful place is the FREE JAZZ and FREE LEMONADE while enjoying a jazz set by Brian Vinson Jazz Trio every week.
I usually don't write reviews but had to because I was baffled by the 4 stars and felt the need to save people. The food at this place is gross. From the mac and cheese to the greens. The only good thing is it's 4.99 a pound so if you only have 5 bucks to spend on food, then ya know, do what you gotta go. But for 5 bucks, you're taste buds will better appreciate some pizza, doubles, dumplings....can of beans....anything.
