Bensonhurst is filled with UNBELIEVABLE places. B & A is not one of the greatest of Bensonhurst. Skip this place while try the dozens of great places in the neighborhood.
Quite reliable for Italian specialty foods. Most especially when what I seek are vegetable salads, sausage and meat products. The employees are all familiar with the products they sell and are always professional in demeanor. Feel free to ask for cooking tips on the products they sell, they always have an answer.

Best eggplant parm I've had. Always very great service and incredibly fresh food. Though I don't eat meat anymore, when i did, this place was always where I got my meat. Their homemade sausage is impeccable and the handmade mozzarella is outta this world. Ya gotta stop by Dyker Heights for this place. Or, if you're going for the Christmas lights, grab a panini from here before, during or after.
