They have a very big selection, they give exceptional service and are very patient.

Children's store during the season, you can wait for a half a day. no joke. My wife took my daughter to buy one pair at about 3:30 pm & she only got to try on shoes at 10 p.m. (which is when they're officially closed already for a few hours). Ridiculous

Service is horrible and lines are insane. One can expect to wait for over an hour before getting assistance.
