Terrible customer service in person and over phone. I would never shop there again
great service, great products, great prices. I just love finding a good Aldo's nearby that I can rely on for all my footwear needs. I go here for dress shoes, flip flops, and the occasional specialty shoe and they always have my size, have something great on sale and help me with beautiful smiles and grace. I strongly suggest cameras being installed in this shoe store. You would think, as much money as the store makes it would have cameras installed inside or outside the premises for the customers protection. Incidents such as some one stealing merchandise from the store or customers belonging/ ex. purse can be stolen. By installing cameras NYPD could identify perpetrators who are stealing from these department stores and put a stop to these shoplifters. I was a victim of theft at this shoe department store i was very upset to find out there was no way of tracking the person who stole my purse. If there were cameras at this shoe department store, I could've identified who took my belongings and stopped another victim from being robbed.
I strongly believe this is the worst Aldo why a big establishment like this don't have a working phone line
I had ordered a pair of sandals on- line and got them sent to the store for pick-up,never got an e-mail from Aldo nor a call to confirm delivery.I called the downtown Brooklyn locale several times to confirm the receipt of my parcel,no one ever answered the phone.Made an otherwise easy to satisfy customer....quite annoyed.
