Update- True to their word I received my injections and something extra. I would consider going again if they move from the location they share with that horrid optical place.
Horrible horrible don't go here!!! Staff was so rude they promise me that I would get my injections they never delivered them. Then a week later I was calling to find out where my stuff was they were still telling me they didn't have it. When finally I ask for a refund and I spoke to Grenady and he told me it was impossible to get a refund all of a sudden they had the injections at the facility when I got to the facility the girl gave me injections that were less than the amount that was promised she wouldn't give me the vile!! so I was stuck with $700 worth of medication that I'm not even going to use because I don't trust it. ITS A SCAM. And that scammer post his own reviews lol it's all bs save your money
After a scheduled appointment that elite staff forgot which resulted in the vision staff being very hostile towards me, I called in and spoke to a lovely staff member of the Elite Spa who will try to make good on this horrible experience. I am awaiting the rest of my package.... I will post an update once received.
My experience with Elite was amazing the staff took the time to do a through assessment and set up a plan unique to meet my needs and wants. So far I've been on the program for a few weeks and I noticed due to the program a decrease in weight, inches, increase in energy and unlike other weight loss programs you don't have to starve yourself it encourages you to eat and eat well.
Staff is wonderful
The Health Center is in the back of a vision place who’s staff are very unfriendly and make you feel uncomfortable they are very hostile.
