Omg this place is the worst. They have no regards for people’ Time. You will wait forever to get any service. And on top of it the staff is rude and unprofessional. I went there to see dr. Alan David (neurologist) and got some test done. When I called back to get my results faxed back to me. I must have spoken to everyone in neurology because they kept bouncing me back and forth and kept asking me to hold. The receptionists AYESHA and TABITHA are just so rude and unprofessional. They had me on hold for 3 hours. Do yourself a favor: DON’T GO THERE.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!!! Not even the type to write reviews but this is just ridiculous, this isn't my first time here and I should've known better....there's a large staff of medical assistants with like 2 doctors, they will see you 3 hrs after you get there ... Im mortified! Very clean facility but a -0 on the service.
The only reason I am even giving it one star is because of the physical therapist and neurologist there. The front desk staff at the physical therapy is incompetent. No one knows what to do about anything. They tell you they will handle things and there is absolutely no correspondence afterwards. My husband has a spinal injury and they do not care about having him travel all the way there just to be told he cannot be seen. I am calling insurance and trying to obtain information that is supposed to be changed between the doctors office and insurance.It is absolutely ridiculous! It is disgusting how they treat people in top of having patients waiting for hours just for 1 hour of therapy.
I'm Sooo unhappy with this place, and I don't recommend anyone who has sense to go here.
Rushed from the city for a 7pm appointment. Waited almost 2 hours which I think is beyond ridiculous.
The staff wasn't friendly at all. So on top of being inconviemced with an extremely long wait, I had to deal with people who behaved as if I was bothering them when I walked in.
I've always had excellent experience service and courteous assistance
Do your research and find clinic with friendly staff who at least has some kinda compassion for a patients time.
