My family wanted to return a sweatshirt but we went to tons of stores and we even called American express and we couldn't return and right now we still can't return it
i love this express store, they are always clean and staff are friendly and always looking to help.
It's like one big store for underwear to outerwear. It's great to mix and match the shirts/skirts/pants and accessories cause it all matches.
Quality is good.The look is called CHIC- and it's more for the slim business look. Nice colors and fashion.
The guy who work here was rude whit me when i was trying to find a shirt. His name is Toni and he can't work with customers. We always come here with friends to buy clothes but because of him we will not go to them any more. Manager of Express please talk with him, he should not work there
