When I was in high school, I had very long hair. After the eventual decision to cut it, I had a hard time choosing a place. A friend of mine, who lived in Bensonhurst, recommended Top Hair. This was in 2008, and no one has cut my hair since. Over ten years, I've probably had my hair cut by most of the stylists there, and it is always quick, professional, and super, super cheap. Ten dollars for a dry cut. Come on. I recommend it to everyone, and if you're reading this review I recommend it to you.
