Cashiers cursing the whole time, Also they were fooling around and lying about the price for items. Not a lot of animals and price is too expensive for a small tank.
Place is good for quick pick up of items but usually messy and not alot of help around.
Terrible customer service from Brian! Ignored us to complain about wanting to go home, even said he was tipsy and cursed to our faces.
Hard to rate this place because it depends so much on who is working there. Oftentimes I go in and the employees are helpful and attentive. I'll see the same crew for months. Then I will go in, and it's a 180. No one helps and the place smells bad. Today I went in and the help was very good. The store looked clean. The staff didn't seem super experienced but they were attentive, polite and somewhat helpful in terms of their knowledge. I wish their corporate office would hire good people and keep them.
