Third, I noticed that YOU KYLE KASS post only negative reviews and none of your reviews are positive which makes me believe you are a miserable and unhappy person. You also had a problem with Angelina Didenchenko who you claim had no clue on professional topics and talked nonsense. You say she had a unsubstantiated sense of superiority. You have to get it through your numb skull that there are people who are superior to you in position and knowledge and you have to learn to respect that and not throw dirt at them. You just resent the fact that you are inferior to all these people and this the way you express your frustration by going online and posting a bad feedback. way to go!
Inessa's attitude to cases are very careless and unprofessional. Most of the time my friend had no clue and control. Keeping ppl in dark partially is because Inessa and her assistant Irina are not knowledgeable also its a way to keep charging money from us. The person who helps her run this scam business of ripping off decent ppl just trying to stay here to build better life, is Irina Sotnikova and her husband. Not only they will rip you off, but they won't give you your papers/letters and then my friend missed the deadline and her green card application which initially was approved got denied.

I cant express how much i regret my decision to refer this unstable person to this office. First of all, this is THE FACT that your friend received AN APPROVAL of the I-360 VAWA petition as a result of a long painstaking work which was done by the attorney Inessa Spevakova. You are saying it took many years then you should post a bad review about USCIS because they took a long time to make a decision. Your friend did receive an approval. The reason your friend did not receive her green was because she does not pick up the phone when the attorney calls to inform what next has to be done in the case. The attorney called me numerous times to ask about your friend's whereabouts but she was unavailable. She never responded to my calls neither did she respond to hers. Second, by posting this untruthful and unfounded review YOU KYLE KASS committed defamation and libel. And you cannot hide behind this review. if the attorney chooses to get the google record and sue you for what you worth for posting something that is not true I will be by her side. This a great injustice to the sweet and kind attorney who is Inessa Spevakova. I have never in my life met more compassionate and sympathizing person. Just get it through your obtuse and crude skull that your friend GOT AN APPROVAL of the case. Approvals are not granted if an attorney is not doing the right thing. You called the business a scam you deserve what is coming to you.
