I called and left a message and not only got a quick callback, but I was thoroughly introduced to a number of favorable programs ECF offers as well as being able to initiate review of my profile (without the typical paperwork burdens) the same day. Soon after, I learned from a partner that I would be breaching and/or jeopardizing contract terms that my business partners had already begun if I worked and/or sought financing with another institution.
