Top doctor & nice staff. They are specialists in pain management.No surgery.Dr. Delman is awesome.
Depending on the time and day you will get through fast with PT. Often times your waiting over an hour to be seen by the Physical Therapist to only be seen for approximately 15 minutes. The administrative staff, You have to be on top of them to fill out your paperwork for your employer.. They have no urgency or remorse when it comes to your paperwork. In fact it may seem like a joke to get it done in a timely manner. (This behavior I have witnessed personally from the receptionist) Unprofessional. The doctors and the Physical Therapist staff is hands on when answering questions right away..
I am able to see Dr. Delman and the NYC and Brooklyn location. One is close to my work and the other to my home. This med office is amazing. The staff is friendly and they know me! I'm not just a number I'm a patient they care about. Getting treatment for my back pain and i always feel one step closer to being whole again! I would recommend DHD to anyone needing pain relief.

Yes, there might be a little wait here at times. But that doesn't take away the fact that most of the staff here are very pleasant. Dr. Bernard & the hispanic young lady at the front desk (sorry I forgot her name) are very pleasant individuals... And I would like to point out, that although it was extremely busy yesterday, Dr.Delman took the time to apologize to everyone for the long wait. I really appreciated that..I thought it was really special.. And the therapist there are great as well.. there's one in particular, who really goes out of his way to help you. He's a really nice guy... I have to find out his name (& the receptionist at the front desk) to give them the credit they deserve.
