Stay away! cars are dirty, filthy I would say...customer service is among the worst and least efficient I have ever found, I hope they go bankrupt, they screwed my entire family vacation!

I tried to make a reservation by phone and was transferred around from place to place. The people all had different ideas of who I should speak to, and nobody would step up and help me book. In the end, a representative told me that they don't make reservations on the weekends!
