Good, employees take too long with your orders even though the place is empty, however they are nice and good customer service
Half of our food came out late. The avocado toast (normally fantastic, we order it every time we're here) was cold and bland. Both employees were slightly aggressive. Super disappointed in the downhill slide in service and quality.
Macdonough Cafe is a local gem. I love going to this family owned and operated cafe! They have delicious food and very good coffee. The shop is bright and colorful, and one block from a beautiful park.
We love them very much. They bake their own muffins, they have the greatest service and their super clean shop feels like home. Nice people who make good food and their Pandora feed is tight xoxo
Nearly every time I've sat down for breakfast in last few months the drinks (and food) takes forever to come out. Today when I asked the barista if our drinks were coming (understandable as they've forgotten them before) she told me there were guests who were in front of us. People who came in after us got their drinks first. 10 minutes for a latte and a chai. I'm a barista, and there's no reason for that wait time when there's five guests in the store and most have been sitting for a while.
My girlfriend and I love this place. We bring our laptops, order their Avocado Toast with a shake or cold brew coffee and get our work done... such a great spot! Always glad to see Mika and/or Shawn working when we come in, seriously solid staff, ambiance and menu. Thanks guys, so sad I'll be heading back to LA soon! :-(
